Total Termite Protection In Orange County, CA
Very few pests are as terrible for your building as termites. Not only do they burrow deep into the structure of your building, but they're also capable of going undetected for years, which worsens the damage to your building's structure in the long run. Pacific Shore Pest Control provides organic pest solutions for an eco-friendly pest control experience.
Our Termite Control Process
Since termites can go undiscovered for so long, it's important to take prompt action to eliminate them from your property as soon as you suspect an infestation. Our service professionals get started by inspecting the property, including the attic, exterior, and interior.
Once the inspection is complete, we get to work on your treatment. We offer fumigation and local treatments depending on what we find during the inspection. For drywood termites, we fumigate. Our fumigation process is outlined below.
First, we drape large tarps over the home and then fill the house with a gas designed to eliminate the termites. Once complete, we air out the building. Before letting you back inside, we inspect your home again to monitor the air quality as a safety measure.
For localized treatments, we pinpoint the source of the infestation and aggressively target these areas; this is a low-impact approach isolated to the largely impacted areas of your home.
In addition to the previous treatments, we'll also provide termite baiting. We place the stations in the ground, which will then eradicate the subterranean termite colonies.
We provide an annual termite control policy that ensures we'll come back out to inspect and re-treat as needed. This policy comes with a two-year guarantee.
